What happens when we’re not home

What does Dakota do when we’re not home?  We’ve contemplated getting a Web cam to watch her while we’re at work, but I’m starting to think that we may not want to experience her mischief in ‘real-time”.

Here’s some photos chronicling her recent backyard activities…

When we got back from the Colorado Railroad Museum on Mike’s birthday, we found a piece of chewed up siding, a putty knife and a few toys in the middle of the yard.  Don’t worry, she didn’t pull the siding off the house, instead she found the piece that Mike cut out to install her doggie door.

The next day, Ryan got home from school and she had pulled her bed outside.  Not sure if she was relaxing in the sunshine or was just bored, but that’s where it ended up.

She’s also taken to gardening.  I didn’t snap pictures of the holes she’s dug, but thankfully she’s only pulling out dead plants at this time.  We’ll have to wait and see what happens after some of the other plans come up.
