We had a leak!

On Tuesday as we were about to head into work, Mike noticed water dripping down from the top of the window on our staircase.  He decided to work from home and see if he could repair it, while I headed into work.

I was at Tower and 1-70 when he called to say that he needed me to turn around and come home as our current ladder wasn’t tall enough to reach the top of the window and that he would like someone to hold the ladder to ensure that he didn’t fall off.

For those of you who haven’t visited our new house, it has a walkout basement, so the side of our yard is sloped and covered with rocks.
