Victory for MSU!

After a tough (and embarrassing!) loss to Ohio State last week, I was a little nervous heading into yesterday’s game.  My Spartans were by far the better team, but Mike’s Wolverines were going to play tough regardless of their record.

The Spartans had not won in the Big House since 1990 and after Mike Hart’s “little brother” comment last year, the coach and team were pumped up and ready to take home the Paul Bunyan trophy.

At halftime the score was tied, but I wasn’t worried as Javon Ringer is notorious for posting big second half numbers.  Plus, it had been six years since the last Spartan victory…so it was time.

Mike and I both knew it was over when the Spartan’s went for the 4th and 1.  You could see that they were determined to pull this game out and they did.  Congrats go out to the boys in Green!  It’s about time we won one in the Big House.
